About it
The “Every Woman is a Highlight” award was created by Josi Piovesan and Claudinha Peres with the aim of recognizing, valuing and encouraging the protagonism of professional women who work in construction.
The initiative honors a monthly professional who shares her stories and experiences. The winners receive the “boot of the month” and a personalized trophy, as well as products, work tools and participation in the podcast “I Am a Painter”.
Through the award, women have the opportunity to establish new connections and increase market presence, inspiring others to explore their potential in a predominantly male field. This strengthens female empowerment and contributes to greater gender equity in construction.
